Upon completing the Merger, Andrew Bressman will serve as Strategic Advisor to the Company. He has served as Managing Director of Atlantic since its formation in October 2022.

 

He is a 26-year veteran of emerging growth and technology companies. In addition, he is the managing member of SAB Management, LLC, which acts as a consultant to Atlantic.

 

Mr. Bressman is passionate about emerging technologies and has had the foresight to see opportunities before the masses. Mr. Bressman was one of Wave2Wave’s original founders and served as Managing Director and Head of Business Development of Wave2Wave Communications from November 1999 until October 2012. Wave2Wave was one of the first wireless Internet Service Providers in the U.S., and Mr. Bressman was instrumental in rolling out 4G technology in 2011, before 4G became known.

 

Mr. Bressman continued in the same positions with Signal Point Holdings Corp. (SPHC), which was the successor to Wave2Wave Communications, until its merger with Troika in June 2017. Mr. Bressman participated with Troika’s executive team in overseeing that company's day-to-day operations and management, including locating and developing new strategic and financial opportunities, generating business and strategic relationships, and interfacing with technology partners and vendors until his departure in July 2022. He orchestrated the IntelliSpace, RNK, Troika, and Mission acquisitions and was the driving force in the $125 million Converge Direct acquisition in 2022. Mr. Bressman was one of the main driving forces behind the Troika IPO and the Mission and Converge acquisitions. The combined entities created a global end-to-end branding, marketing, digital advertising, experiential, analytics-as-service, and SaaS technology company with an extraordinary base of major brands as clients. The combined entities generate approximately $400 million in revenues and $25 million in net income.
